  • Business Days: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • High Volume: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Freshness Guarantee: As some of our Ayurvedic preparations are made in small batches to ensure potency, specific items may occasionally require an extra day for handling.

As of now we are only committed for services and delivery only across India.

  • Liquids and oils are sealed with extra protection to prevent leakage during transit.
  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or Via WhatsApp once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  1. Damages & Lost Items
  • If your order arrives damaged: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take clear photos of the damage and contact us immediately at miraclegoldmilk@gmail.com. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier or arrange a replacement.
  • If your order is lost: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If the package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us.
  1. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
