Due to the nature of our products (health supplements and consumables), we maintain strict hygiene standards. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we have outlined our policy below to ensure clarity and fairness.

  1. Returns and Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a bottle that is broken, leaking, or the seal is tampered with upon arrival.
  • Incorrect Product: If you received a product different from what you ordered.

Conditions for Return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The original packaging, including the box and safety seal, must be intact.
  1. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
  • Timeline: Please allow [e.g., 5-7] business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team immediately.

  1. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch: If you cancel before the product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  • After Dispatch: If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.

  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item for other reasons (subject to approval), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
